Dr. Silva has served as a Financial Medical Consultant to Wirthlin-Dentons (a consulting law firm) and a Spanish language Medical Advisor to Globus Relief (a 501(c)(3) humanitarian organization). He has also worked with the Department of Defense as an Assistant Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Silva received his medical degree from the University of Hawaii and his residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the University of Utah. He received 12 months additional training in Diagnostic Radiology at Rochester General Hospital. Dr. Silva also earned a Master of Occupational Health from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
